We have read in text books, and heard many people from the top management of different organizations state that it is necessary for businesses to change in order to be successful. However, with change comes a lot of uncertainty and employees inherently and unintentionally resist change. It becomes imperative for organizations to support the transition process, otherwise, the performance of many of even the top performers’ dips, and the management is unable to address the issue completely.
Many times the employees become stressed either because they are uncertain or the change is taking place too fast for them to adapt to it. Additionally, what adds to the stress is their unwillingness to accept the change. Many times, the decisions taken by the top management make many of the middle and lower level managers and employees unhappy with the change. This also adds further to the pressure and the stress they feel. 课程essay代写
However, successful managers, who are good at their job know how to address this issue and make the employees feel comfortable with the change. Such managers begin with communicating that the change will occur, and help the employees’ transition through that process. Additionally, they take steps to make the change more favorable and acceptable. Team building activities, and companywide performance can help the employees in adapting to the change in an easier manner. Such managers have empathy so they can relate to how the employees and team members may feel when faced with uncertainty, thereby, making the process of accepting the change easier.
