近期有一位同学们跟我说一个难题，他见到我改动完的SOP中，有一两句十分的短，仅有五个字上下，他问说那样是否会很怪异。
这是我蛮常碰到的难题。
大家汉语文章内容传统式上重新排列比，因此大家很高度重视语句长度要一致。此外，大家学习英文的情况下，一般 是愈长的语句，愈繁杂的句式，觉得愈励害，因此写SOP的情况下，也都是会有意把语句拉较长。
但要留意的是，英语句子并不是愈长越好。
好像 I really like apples, and I also like pears but what I did not know until yesterday is that I also like mangoes.
这句话较长没有错，可是实际上它是run-on sentence。并不是加一个and再次讲下去，還是在下一句的句首加一个英文大写And，還是But還是Because，就算是一段话，看上去就较为励害。
英语句式长度要配搭想表述的內容。表述繁杂的內容用一段话复杂句，表述简单的意思用短句子。
可以用五个字说完的含意，不能用六个字写。更不必几句各五个字的语句，正中间仅仅加一个and，反倒磨磨蹭蹭的不停。

创作者提及不论是什么英文水平的创作者，都应当要长短句相互之间配搭。
一段话是用在表述非常复杂的意识的情况下，这时候阅读者必须较为潜心，优势是较为顺畅，缺陷是阅读者必须很专心致志才可以能看懂。
短句子是用在把握住阅读者的眼光，再次吸引住阅读者。过多一段话，阅读者很有可能会消化吸收不到，专注力不集中化。过多短句子又看上去不足技术专业，觉得时断时续的。
只有长度相互之间配搭，才可以写成吸引人，又能表明繁杂含意的文章内容。
