Keeping the World History as it is will enable American kids to have efficient knowledge about the diverse American cultures and how the world has contributed to developing the various cultural groups around the globe (Conrad, 2019).
The education objective will not be attained if the World History curriculum is limited to 1450 as proposed by the US High Schools. Limiting the World History to 1450 will deny American kids the chance to learn vital aspects of early forms of life such as the beginning of crop cultivation, the history of religion's origin, and the onset of life in the cities.
The College Board's contradictive opinion is that limiting World History to 1450 does not aim at disregarding ancient history.
The Colleges further claim that World History is too wide to be covered in two or four years that students spend in college (Conrad, 2019). While this point is right, it is equally essential to regard ancient history.
