A capsule range – essentially, is a small collection of versatile pieces that can be mixed and matched in numerous ways, allowing you to create a large number of different outfits with relatively few items of clothing.
ASSESSMENT TASK:
For assessment task 3: DESIGN & PRESENT CONCEPTS, you will work with your team to create a capsule range of approximately 4 garments (garment style amount will be dependant of group size, and which department), and up to 5 x accessories, which are based on one team members trend research from assessment 2: TREND ANALYSIS & MOOD BOARD.
Your capsule range is to be an ‘adaption’ of the trend; it must be suitable for Cotton On, your department, and the season – Spring Summer 2022/23. You will outfit your 4 garments into 3 outfits/looks, with (up to 2 x) accessories, demonstrating mix and match options. 时装和纺织品销售代写
ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS: 时装和纺织品销售代写
· MOOD BOARD: this doubles as your title page
· TREND RESEARCH SUMMARY: summarise your trend
· COLOUR & PRINT: colour palette approx 4 colours, plus 1 x slogan or 1 x placement print, AND 1 x repeat print,
· FABRIC & TRIM: 6 x swatches (images), could be 5 x fabrics and 1 x trim, or 4 fabrics and 2 trims, etc…
· RANGE OVERVIEW: All garments shown together (diamond model – delivered in week 11)
· RANGE BASICS: garment styles x 2 colourways (per style), with written style descriptor
· RANGE FASHION: garment styles x 2 - 2 colourways (per style), with written style descriptor
· RANGE DIRECTIONAL & ACCESSORIES: garment styles x 1 – 1 colourway with written style descriptor. Accessories as ‘image trace’ (demonstration in prod rang CAD class) in one colourway only 时装和纺织品销售代写
· OUTFITTING WITH ACCESSORIES: Merchandise demonstrating colour stories, and include at least 6 outfits/looks with supporting accessories
GARMENT MUST BE DRAWN USING THE AD013 RMIT TEMPLATES – AS PROVIDED – DO NOT ALTER – NO EXCEPTIONS. REFER TO ASSESSMENT EXAMPLE & POWERPOINT TEMPLATE FOR MORE DETAILS
All components as listed above are to feature within a PowerPoint file (NOT CANVA, NON-NEGOTIABLE), which will be a share file on teams, submit on CANVAS prior to presentation - Presentation is to run for 20 minutes (min 18 min, max 20 min)
