1. Introduction
Giverly is a charitable reward programme that allows customers to shop from over 500 linked companies and earn cashback. Cashback from linked brands is converted to charity, which is then donated to a cause that the customers care about. This document provides a project plan which can be carried out to develop a system which can collect the user data about shopping behaviors and present it to the affiliated companies to boost their sales and business. This document includes the details of the problem, objectives, deliverables, existing business model, stakeholders, team, responsibilities, and milestones with a timeline.
lient & Context 信息系统代修
The client, Giverly, is a charity service that offers more than 500 brands to its customers. It hosts several social causes which need funding. Instead of asking people to give charity and funds, Giverly asks the customers to shop for different items from their affiliated brands from their reference at the same price as it would be without the reference. Giverly gets cashback from the affiliated brands for every purchase made by the customers. The cashback is then given to the cause that a customer wants to be funded. This is a unique blend of fundraising and affiliate marketing where both affiliated companies and fundraisers can benefit.
Different organizations and persons can register their causes on the Giverly. Giverly offers to fundraise for education, medical, environment, community, children, animals, arts & culture, and welfare. A customer is asked to choose a cause from the cause list where the users want to pledge their support and funds. The affiliated companies get customers from Giverly which makes purchases, hence increasing the sales of those companies. Giverly only gets cashback from affiliate marketing. Currently, it is not processing the customer data about their shopping habits. 信息系统代修

(300-400 words)

(200–250 words)
Outline existing Information systems and/or technologies that are relevant to your client, their product or service. This should include both the technologies the client currently has in place and those within industry that may affect the client.
For Gively, there are three main parts of information systems and technologies.
In order for it to be able to capture cash back orders from cooperated brands, a tracking system has to be implemented in order to track orders made from Giverly’s reference, which currently is most likely be done with “Exit Click/Exit ID” technology, which basically tracks where the purchaser is referenced from and the cashback amount is recorded in the band’s database. 信息系统代修
The second part will be the information transmission system that transfers the cashback amount and contributors’ information from the brand’s database to Giverly, which most likely will involve the monetary transaction as well. Giverly has to be able to capture the information, match it will the money transfer and correct matching it with account info inside Giverly’s system, so different customer’s contributions can be accurately recorded.
The last part will be Giverly’s database where all its contributors’ information such as their chosen charity and the amount they contributed through shopping online. This database has to be able to communicate with all brands’ incoming messages and correctly translate and record the information. This database also has to be able to be updated once a donation is made, the amount contributed is subtracted from the contributor’s account in real time.

What is their role and what data and technology do they need to support their work at present? How will this project affect their work? What level of interest do they have in the project? The communications plan should be mapped to the stakeholders and provide an overview of when, how often and through which channels you will communicate with them.
6. Roles and Responsibilities

- Project manager
