However, for strategy, I have looked at the business model of UBER and this is good for an overview of many parts. Each situation will be different for your companies, so you must select the appropriate tools and apply these. That is part of the challenge at Masters level. We do empathise, be selective and use populated diagrams and models. Make strategic links to why the model is important and how it might work in practice. On Task one, you should be able to summarise the models. Task two is about application. You will not be able to use ALL the models/or need to use them all. Give an overview f strategy and zoom into what is felt to be important based on research into the company. E.G. Mergers and Acquisitions- Some companies may have been active, many are not. Some may have had to change their culture, many have not- culture may not be a core model for many!

The model I produced as an overview on strategy is a useful guide as to how you can summarise models and ideas. You could cite this and explain it or use something similar based on some models you find. You can take basic models and add commentary. These do not count in the word count. These are some of the skills in solving problems and writing concisely.
